Portrait Commission
 
I paint in oil and acrylic. You can choose the medium for the commission.

1. Size and Subjects
 
Please choose your preferred size and number of subjects. I can help you choose from the sizes if you are not sure which one is the best for the painting. Please contact me if you need a quote for a different size or more subjects to be included in the painting.
 
2. The Photo
 
I am happy to discuss with you about choosing the most suitable image for the painting. A high-quality and high-resolution photo is preferred to ensure the best result of the painting. 
 
3. Details
 
If you have any special requirements, please send me an email. We can further discuss how you want the painting to be done, including composition and background.
 
4. Portraits Combined from Different Photos
 
If you would like to combine several subjects from different photos into one frame, I can help you choose the most suitable photos. I will then make a composition and send it to you to approve before I start to paint.
 
5. Varnish
 
I apply varnish to all the completed paintings to protect them from dust and light.
 
6. Time
 
At the moment, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to finish a commission. If you need the painting to be delivered before a specific date, please send me an email.
 
7. Delivery
 
I use Royal Mail for deliveries in the UK, and Royal Mail or UPS for the rest of the World. Additional charges may apply if you would like to upgrade to express services.
 
The artist owns the copyright of the artwork. The portrait may be used for promotions unless told otherwise.
